Kristine founded Shine Talent in 2017 after more than twenty years as a C-level executive working at Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. She was the founding CRO of PopSugar, bringing the company to market and scaling the company for the first five years of the business. She also led numerous teams at Microsoft and in her last operating role she was the President of the San Francisco Chronicle, where she transformed the business by launching three new revenue streams for the company. Kristine built Shine Talent to marry her passion to her work, which is helping people and companies realize their potential.
inSuzanne is a natural connector with an incredible network from her over twenty years as a sales executive. Her career with companies such as AOL, SmartAsset, and Publishers Clearing House has given her a sophisticated view into what it takes to build a rockstar team that not only meets its goals, but exceeds them. Having recently made the leap into recruiting, Suzanne joined Shine Talent as a Partner Recruiter, and now works with CEOs and their executive suites to understand their business and talent needs and identify the leaders who will take their companies to the next stage of growth.
inDani launched her career at Shine Talent after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studied Strategic Communication and Sports History and traveled the world via the Semester-at-Sea program. With her natural curiosity and never-ending quest to learn, Dani quickly jumped into all aspects of recruiting and found that her career passion sits in supporting founders and business leaders grow their teams through hiring extraordinary talent. As a Principal Recruiter, Dani supports our Partner Recruiters and candidates through the search process. As the Chief-of-Staff, Dani is the glue that keeps our company organized and growing.
inDaphne, a former marketer for companies such as Starwood Hotels and Century 21, is an inquisitive leader who has a particular passion for getting to the heart of a career story and sussing out what makes someone tick. As a Principal Recruiter, she conducts thorough, indepth interviews to ensure our candidates have a clear understanding of the role responsibilities and companies we are recruiting for, and, in collaboration with our Partner Recruiters, she helps identify the “star” candidates we put into our search processes and introduce to our clients. Daphne’s background as a marketer gives her a unique perspective on talent assessment, as she has often been in the shoes of the candidates we are interviewing.
inChristina is responsible for running and leading the Shine Talent research efforts and working directly with our Partner Recruiters and candidates. She has spent over twenty years in recruiting, first working at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and then moving to Ingenico ePayments. As one of the first team members at Shine Talent, Christina has touched all aspects of the business but her passion sits in research, understanding what will drive a company's success, and finding the talent to execute.
inKelsey keeps the trains running on time - literally. She launched her career at Disney working as a conductor ensuring guests had a smooth experience on the park’s attractions and that everything operated according to plan. Now at Shine Talent, she partners with our team and our clients to coordinate client and candidate meetings and keep all in order. As a young executive, she has shown an interest in marketing and has recently expanded her work to support Shine Talent's marketing efforts.
